Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and have therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

1. Cancellations will not be considered for orders if it has shipped and
2. Consumers can only modify their orders only once before shipment.

Return/ Refund Policy

  1. We insure the quality of products,that we deliver 100% genuine,branded and new one
  2. We do not accept return request once the order is received by the customer and opened the security seal of the box.
  3. If the product delivered by us is in damaged condition, wrong product sent, product is in dead condition or product is defective. Buyer will have to raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery of the product,through our customer care email or phone number.
  4. For acceptance of return request product serial number,part number or item number must match with the,as mentioned in the invoice. We do not accept the return request and payment refund, if the above said numbers are mismatched.
  5. Customers are advised to make a video while opening the packet delivered to them by our delivery partner as proof. This will help us to make our decision quickly.

Payment Return Method

If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in same account by which the payment was done, in case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in buyers bank account. Refunds usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
