Correct Details in order
Customers must provide:
- His/Her original name (as mentioned in Aadhar Card or PAN card).
- Correct shipping address.
- Correct contact number and email id.
Failing any of these may cause, a delay in product delivery or RTO of the ordered product.
In such a situation order amount in full or part will be not refunded.
Courier options
We ship throughout India across all locations served by our reputed delivery partners like Ekart, Bluedart, Delhivery, The professional Courier, and many more.
Customers can mention the shipping company of their area according to their convenience to get fast delivery while placing their orders.
We are currently shipping in the domestic regions and in selected international areas ( expanding day by day).
Service types
We provide local delivery or store pickup, standard Delivery and Express Delivery.
Local Delivery or Store Pickup : our customers who are in local area can place order and we will deliver the order same day or next day or they can pick from our store within working hours. They can also call on our customer care number for store pickup to avoid any issue. Store pickup shall mentioned in the order while placing the order.
Standard Delivery : we will ship the order through our delivery partner companies. It takes normally 4 to 7 days for delivery of goods in normal conditions. There may be some delay in situations like curfew in delivery area or natural disasters like cyclone, or area lockdown due to Covid 19.
we hope our customers keep patience and bear with delay due to any abnormal condition.
Express Delivery : It takes 2 to 4 days to deliver the order to the customer’s door in normal condition.
Transit times : We will process and dispatch the order in the same day of order received, if order is received in the working hours. Orders received beyond the working hours shall shipped in the next working day.
Pricing : We will provide free shipping when the order value is Rs 1000 or above in a single invoice. Charge for standard shipping is Rs 100 and for Express shipping Rs 200 will be charged.
Restrictions : We will not ship in areas which are prohibited by local authorities or by local law like military area and also will not ship or sell products which are prohibited by the Indian Government.
