Return & Refund Policy

We ensure that all products we deliver are 100% genuine, branded, and factory-sealed in their original manufacturer packaging.

Return Eligibility

We do not accept return requests once the order has been received by the customer and the security seal of the box has been opened.

However, a return request may be raised under the following circumstances:

  • The product is received in a damaged condition.
  • An incorrect product has been delivered.
  • The product is defective or non-functional (dead on arrival).

In such cases, the buyer must submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery through our customer care email or phone number.

Return Process & Requirements

  • The product’s serial number, part number, or item number must match the details mentioned on the invoice. Returns will not be accepted if these numbers do not match.
  • Customers are strongly encouraged to record a video while receiving the package from the delivery personnel and unboxing it to document the product’s condition. This evidence will help expedite the return process and facilitate quicker decision-making.

Payment Return Method

 

If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in same account by which the payment was done, in case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in buyers bank account. Refunds usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.

All disputes are subject to Raipur jurisdiction only
